Telehealth Services
In a telehealth visit, services are delivered by way of technology using a computer, tablet or smart phone with audio and video. Telehealth can connect patients who are at their home or another location convenient for them, with CVHS behavioral health providers at a CVHS site. When a patient is unable to connect from their home, or when an in-person nursing or testing procedure is required, patients will go to their CVHS site to be connected to a clinician via telehealth.
CVHS asks all patients engaged with behavioral health to sign a telehealth consent form.
